Equipment operation method and routine maintenance
1.Turn on the power (380v 220v)
2. Turn on the toggle switch
3. Set the air extraction time (mountain and wild vegetables, cooked meat products 30-40S / cereals 10-20S)
4.Set the heat sealing time (about 1S)
5. Put the loaded items on the silicone strips, flatten the bag mouth, and put the strips
6. Gently depress the working room cover, the equipment works (exhaust-heating-cooling, deflation)
7. Place the product on the other side of the studio. After the packaging machine is deflated, the lid is pulled up-then closed-and works.
Installation and routine maintenance of vacuum packaging machine:
1. The vacuum packaging machine is a three-phase four-wire. Connect the three hot wires and press the cover. If it is sucked, it is forward rotation. Otherwise, it is reverse rotation (you can adjust two hot wires arbitrarily).
2. Frequently observe the change of vacuum pump oil level. If the liquid level decreases or emulsifies, add and replace the vacuum pump oil.
3. The seal is uneven and scorched, and the high-temperature cloth should be replaced in time.
4. The heating bar has a single temperature and single control. If there is no heating phenomenon, first check whether the heating relay and the heating bar connection line are damaged. Check whether the single heating bar is broken and replace it.
